STEP 1
Mix the appropriate proportion of CL-Bond G3 (1 bag - 20kg) and CL-FLEX 808 (1 can - 4 litre) into a suitably sized bucket. Stir thoroughly until a slump free mortar is obtained. |
STEP 2
A chalk line is to be done as a guide prior to installation. Masonry nails are nailed onto the substrates to prevent mouldings from sliding during the bonding process. Make sure the substrates are unpainted and free from dust. |

STEP 3
Measure the correct lengths and cut to size. Apply adhesive mortar on the bonding surface of the moulding thoroughly with a notched trowel. |
STEP 4
Push and fix firmly onto the wall allowing the nails to puncture through the polystyrene. Ensure excess adhesive mortar is squeezed out from its sides. |
STEP 5
Excess adhesive mortar should be removed with a steel scraper. Smears should be removed with a wet cloth or wet paint brush. Wash up tools immediately with water upon completion. |
